I understand that Evermore Trading Co., LLC does not sell, provide, or serve alcoholic beverages. Guests may bring their own alcoholic beverages (“BYOB”) solely for personal consumption.

I acknowledge that the consumption of alcohol on or around the vessel carries inherent risks, including but not limited to impaired judgment, loss of balance, injury, and increased risk of accidents. I accept full responsibility for my own consumption and conduct.

I agree that I will not become intoxicated or engage in unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful behavior. I understand that the Captain has absolute authority to limit or prohibit alcohol consumption, refuse boarding, or terminate the trip without refund if, in the Captain’s sole judgment, my behavior poses a risk to myself, other guests, the crew, or the vessel.

I agree to comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding alcohol, including age restrictions. I affirm that I am of legal drinking age if I choose to consume alcohol.

I further agree that Evermore Trading Co., LLC, its owner, crew, and affiliates shall not be responsible or liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from or related to my consumption of alcohol or the conduct of any guest.
