Evermore tours operate with safety as the top priority.

Weather Decisions:

• Tours run in light rain or passing weather
• In the event of unsafe conditions (high winds, lightning, severe weather), the Captain will cancel the tour

If Evermore Cancels:

• Guests will receive a rain check (credit) valid for a future date
• If rescheduling is not possible, a refund may be issued at Evermore’s discretion

If Guest Cancels Due to Weather:

• Standard cancellation policy applies
