About Evermore
Where history and wildlife meet along the quiet marshes of South Jersey.
Ride the creeks. Hear the stories.
And discover why the locals simply call it the Crick.
Now, if you find yourself wanderin’ down the quiet bends of Nacote Creek, you’ll come across Evermore Trading Co. — a waterfront trading post and home to Evermore Scenic Boat Tours.
Tucked along Ferry Creek in historic Port Republic, New Jersey, it’s the kind of place where the past hasn’t gone anywhere… it just settled in and made itself comfortable.
Out here, you’ll find scenic boat rides through Mott’s Creek, Nacote Creek, and the winding back channels, along with dockside gatherings, herbs, teas, honey, and a trading post full of coastal goods and repurposed finds.
Evermore was brought to life by Donna Lee, who’ll tell you plain and simple — the best places to share history aren’t always found in museums.
Around here, you don’t really understand it until you can live in it — see it, feel it, and step right into it.
A Little Crick Story
Evermore Herb & Tea Co. first got its start in Historic Smithville Village, where for years we brewed and blended teas for folks passin’ through.
From there we drifted down to Chestnut Neck, settlin’ in the marshlands of Port Republic, where the tide winds its way through the tall grasses out toward Great Bay.
We added The PortSide Café, a little dockside spot where folks gathered for breakfast, lunch, tea, and good conversation along the water.
But truth be told… we were always meant for the Crick.
These days, Evermore’s found its way home at the Olde Modern Boat Works along Ferry Creek, where history, storytelling, and waterfront life have a way of findin’ each other again.
The Spirit of Evermore
And no story of Evermore would be complete without Capt. Fred.
He believed life was meant to be lived close to the water — chasin’ tides, tellin’ stories, and leavin’ just a little bit of mischief behind.
You’ll still hear his name along the docks and in stories about The Fishfeeder and Cinnamon Girl, and around here folks will tell you he’s still ridin’ the tide of the Crick.
Traders of Tales
We’re traders of tales, keepers of the Crick’s whispers, and hosts of something just a little different.
From scenic boat tours to quiet dockside moments,
we aim to give you more than a story.
We give you a piece of the Crick to step into — to see it, feel it, and help preserve it… for Evermore.
Evermore Trading Co.
Traders of Goods, Tellers of Tales…
…and some of them might even be true.
Evermore
Evermore isn’t just a place.
It’s a promise.
